Universal Stuidios’ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is set to finally open up this Spring in Orlando, Florida.(Woohoo!)
It will be inside Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Rides will include:
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey – You enter Hogwarts and journey through Dumbledore’s Office, the Gryffindor Common Room, the Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom, and tons more! Also you’ll join Harry and friends soaring above the Castle Grounds and come face to face with Magical Creatures!
Dragon Challenge – Choose your dragon and take the ride of your life. The Hungarian Horntail or the Chinese Fireball – each are high speed close track rollercoasters in an intertwining battle across the sky. You’ll also see the Goblet of Fire and the Triwizard Cup there!
The Flight of the Hippogriff – Take a walk out to Hagrid’s place and learn how to approach the Hippogriff (unlike Malfoy), then you embark on your “Training Flight”! A wicker Family rollercoaster that takes you on a breathtaking journey to the ‘real’ Hippogriff, swoop around the Pumpkin Patch and over Hagrid’s hut!
Then Dine at
Three Broomsticks. Get your Butterbeer or Pumpkin Juice in this rustic Hogsmeade tavern. Also, you can chow down on Fish & Chips, a Cornish Pasty, Shepherd’s Pie, Fresh Veggies, Turkey Legs, or “The Great Feast Platter”.

The Owl Post – Stop off at the Owl Post to check out the live Owls and full functioning Postal Office where you can send out letters and postcards delivered with an authentic Hogsmeade Postmark. You can also pick up tons of Stationary.
Zonkos – A one stop Novelty, Joke, and Toy shop! Buy a Boxing Telescope, Screaming Yo Yos, Shrunken Heads, and so much more!
