Miley Cyrus chopped off her hair Sunday night, documenting it on twitter saying, “she feels like herself for the first time” and the feeling of “bliss and being free.”
Im on the fence I totally give her props for doing it, but at same time it’s not my favorite on her. Im sure she will rock it though!
