Yellowcard Premiere “Sing For Me” Video

Like Yellowcard? Well it looks like this week is getting even better for you. Yesterday they released an acoustic version album “When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes” and earlier today they unveiled a new music video for “Sing For Me” on MTV.

The video is a pretty poignant affair about not just death, but survival. The song itself is written from the point of view of frontman Ryan Key’s terminally ill aunt Stephanie (who sadly passed away from brain cancer earlier in the year) and this video is certainly a fitting tribute. It’s made various people on Youtube and Twitter shed a tear or two and it’s certainly worth a watch. If inspirational messages easily affect you though, make sure you get your tissues ready.

What do you think of it?

What would your inspirational message to others be if you held one on a placard?
