Beyonce was spotted (pun intended) in this all-over polka dot look by Marc Jacobs while filming her music video for “Girls (Who Run the World)” in Paris. Her purse is by Balmain.
I actually quite like the look. The silhouette is clean and simple, but the rich colors and spots give it edge.
