Men Of A Lesser Mozart
My new work Men Of A Lesser Mozart premieres April 21 – 23, 2011 in the Studio Theatre of Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Performers include Aaron R. White, Mark Deler, and Wedee Kao.
The piece inlcudes a giant chandelier, tailored suits with ruffled cuffs and necklines, Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, and the essentials of American Boy etiquette of course. All the music is George Gershwin compositions; Rhapsody in Blue, The Man I Love, Summertime (Porgy & Bess), Three Preludes for Piano: I.Allegro Ben Ritmato e Deciso, and He Loves And She Loves.
