Summerdays….*Chapter 33*
The next morning at Gabbie’s house:
Gabbie wakes up the next morning to find Jared not in bed. For a minute she panics that he might have left for some reason, but then she here’s a noise coming from the bathroom and then Jared comes out and then falls right back into bed, naked and all. He then looks over at Gabbie and sees her awake and then smiles and says, “Hey baby, what’s ya doing up?” “Hey. I donno, just woke up I guess. What time is it?” Gabbie says smiling. Jared turns his head to look at the clock beside him on the nightstand and then says, “Ten thirty” “Oh crap I’m late for work!” yell’s Gabbie jumping up and throwing on her robe and going into the bathroom to get ready, but before she does, Jared grabs her arm and tugs softly on it saying, “No your not, it’s only Saturday, remember?” “Oh, really?” says Gabbie looking confused. “Yeah. Friday was yesterday, when we had dinner because we got back from tour and all?” “Oh yeah! Right, forgot for a moment, dumbass me” Gabbie says hitting herself on the head. “Haha that’s ok, it’s to early in the morning to think straight, come back to bed” says Jared laughing a little and holding out his arms to Gabbie. Gabbie smiles and takes off her robe and then goes to Jared and then he raps his arms around her and holds her tight. Then they kiss for a while then they go to sleep.
A few hours later, still at Gabbie’s house:
Gabbie wakes up again, this time the clock says 11:25. She smells coffee and pancakes being made so she jumps out of bed and tosses on her underwear boxers and a top and goes downstairs and sees Jared in the kitchen all dressed and tossing blueberry pancakes in the air. She sits down at the kitchen table and watch’s him flip the pancakes for a while. Then he puts the pancakes onto a plate and then when he goes to turn around and goes to put the plate on the table he sees Gabbie and gives a jump nearly dropping the plate. “Shit Gab you scared the hell out of me!” he says getting himself to calm down. “Hehe sorry honey, thought you saw me when I came in” says Gabbie laughing. “ Yeah well if I did I wound have giving you a kiss” says Jared shaking his head and then doing just that, giving her a kiss. “Hehe ok, next time I’ll make sure you’ll now I’m here” says Gabbie laughing a little. “Good, almost lost the pancakes from that scare” says Jared walking about over to the counter. He then gives Gabbie a cup of coffee and gets one for himself and then making them up some eggs. When he’s done he sets the plate of eggs on the table and then sits next to Gabbie and then they eat.
Sometime later, still at Gabbie’s house:
Gabbie and Jared just got done cleaning the plates and are now chilling out on the sofa in the living room. “Crap it’s hot today” says Gabbie getting up and turning on the AC. “I know, it is June though” agrees Jared. “Yep, and that means summer is almost here” says Gabbie sitting back down. “Yeah, next week is the twenty first” says Jared. “Yeah, first day of summer, wow that was fast” says Gabbie. “I know, it seems like it was April like yesterday” agrees Jared. “Yeah. I’m gonna make some iced tea to cool off, want some?” says Gabbie getting up again and going into the kitchen. “Sure, let me help” says Jared getting up to and going with her. “That’s ok, I got that thing now that makes tea in a minute” “Really?” “Yeah, come and see” Gabbie then shows Jared the ice tea maker she just got, and makes ice tea. “So what do ya want to do today?” Gabbie asks Jared as they lean up against the counter waiting for the maker to get done. “I donno, we can just stay in and chill for the day, it’s to hot to do things outside anyways” says Jared. “I know but, you know I like to do things, keep going and all, even if it’s hot” says Gabbie. “Yeah well, you can do a lot of things in the house too ya know” says Jared with a sly smile. “Oh and like what?” asks Gabbie smiling for some reason she can’t understand. “Well, like you and me can go back upstairs and go to bed and do things all day, for example” says Jared rapping his arms around her and beginning to kiss her. “Jared!” says Gabbie laughing. “What?” says Jared laughing. Then he and Gabbie begin to kiss again, wild and heavy again. Now Jared is beginning to rub up against her. Gabbie smiles and kisses Jared harder. Then all of a sudden they hear someone clear their throat and say, “Um, this has to be a bad time” Jared and Gabbie turn around and see Shannon standing here, turning red and looking at the floor. And there Dee and Jessica hiding behind Shannon gigging their asses off. “Oh shit!” Gabbie and Jared together turning very red.
