Lots of love to Dee, Hannah and Jessica!
Before Tomo goes over to Jessica, Dee walks over to him. “You ready?” “No but what the hell, lets give it a shot “ “Yep!” Dee gives him a helpful pat on the arm and walks off. Then Hannah walks by him saying from the side of the mouth “Good luck” He smiles at her and, sighing deeply, walks over to Jessica. Meanwhile Jared can’t sleep, thinking about Jessica. “Do I really like her?” he thinks to himself. “Or am I just thinking that I do” He shakes his head, getting up from his bed. He gets himself a drink, head still aching. Then there’s a knock on the door. “Come in” he says not looking at the door. Gabbie walks in. “Hey Jared” “Oh hey Gab, what’s up?”“Nothing much. You called me about something?” “Yeah um, would you like to sit down?” “ Sure” “Coffee?” “Please” He gets them coffee, and sits down. For a while they just sit and sip their coffee, then, with a deep sigh, Jared says, “I want to say I’m sorry” Gabbie looks up at him in shock. “Oh! Well, forgiven” “Great. Now if it’s ok, I want to talk” Gabbie know what he means. “Go ahead” “Well, you did hurt me that day, but I’m not mad at you. I mean, why should I? Your going with your heart, going with Shannon. And it’s ok that it’s not me. If I’m mad at anyone it’s me, for being such a ass to you, and I’m sorry, very sorry” Gabbie smiles at him, “ As I said, forgiven. I’m glad you talked this out, helps now huh?” “A little, but I’m getting better” Gabbie sighs and walks around the table and gives him a hug. “Lets be friends, huh?” she says in a soft voice. “The best of friends” he says hugging her close, feeling a tear falling from her eyes, and he feels a tear falling from his own.
Meanwhile, Tomo walks over to Jessica. “Hey Jess” “Oh hey Tomo, what’s up?” “Um, nothing, what about you?” “Oh nothing, just chillen” He smiles at her, thinking. “Say something dumbass!” he thinks to himself. “You ok? You look a little weird” Jessica asks him, looking at him closer. “Oh yeah I’m fine, tired” “Oh well go get some sleep” “I will, but first I want to talk to you” “Ok, what’s up?” “Um, well, I…” Just then Jessica’s phone rings. “Oh hold on a sec” she says picking it up. After a minute she hangs up. “Um Tomo? Can we talk later cuz that was a friend of mine and she sent something over to my MSN and she needs help on it, is that ok?” “Oh yeah, sure” “Ok cool! sorry about this” “No prob” She goes to walk up the steps, but not before Tomo yell’s, “I like you!” “Oh, I like you to Tomo! See ya!” she reply’s, trying not to laugh at his random outburst. “Haha, weirdo” she says to herself going into her room. “Well that was helpful” comes a voice behind Tomo. It’s Frank, shaking his head. “Well what was i gonna say to her, “I’m sorry for breaking you heart cuz i know you were in love with me”?!” says Tomo. “Well yeah, but in those words” reply’s Frank. Tomo lets out a angry sigh and says after a mintue, “This is gonna be harder then I thought” “Well lets go upstairs and get some sleep. It’ll come to you” “Yeah I hope so. Hey, you sounded like Dee just then” “I know, that’s why I married, cuz she’s a lot like me” They laugh and go to bed. Meanwhile Gabbie’s up and still thinking about what happend with her and Jared. She glad he talked this out. She wonders if he’s gonna get better with this. She also wonders when he’s gonna ask Jessica out. “It’s coming, just don’t know when” she says to herself, smiling.
