Later Gabbie and the others are on a hiking trip. Gabbie then tells Wil and Henry about what she has agreed to do. “Just hold up for a bit, let the other’s get ahead a bit” she says to them. She doesn’t want them to know, so they stop. After a while Wil says “Ok thats far enough. Now what’s up?”
Meanwhile Dee, Hannah and Jessica are having coffee in the lunchroom and talking about what they saw this morning. “Wait, I thought Gabbie liked Shannon?” says Jessica. “She does, but I think she likes Jared a bit better” says Dee. “So you think those two are gonna date?” asks Hannah. “I don’t know about that. There is some kind of connection going on between them, but I don’t know if it will ever led to dating” says Dee. “ Hum, connection, how do you know about that?” asks Jessica. “ Well you saw them this morning. Their very close. And, me and Frank were and still are like that, cuddling and all” “All that’s so sweet! But why not date?” “I think it’s because their unsure about their feeling’s for each other yet, and they have only a few days left to make up their minds. But hopefully I’m not right and they do date” Just then Tomo comes in. “Ah yes coffee!” he cry’s. He gets a cup and sits down next to Hannah. While the girls talk, Tomo’s eyes are all on Hannah. And while she talks, Hannah’s eyes sometimes glance over to Tomo. Dee smiles at the two, but her face changes when she looks at Jessica. She seems lost with Tomo, eyes never leaving him. And Hannah and Tomo can’t take their eyes off each other. It seems Tomo and Hannah like each other, and Jessica likes Tomo. Do the math. Dee begins to worry. “I hope I’m not right about this two” she thinks sadly.
Back at camp, Gabbie tells the boys. She hopes that they keep it quit, but no such luck. “Whoa!” yells Henry. “Wow! So wait, you mean kiss as in, kiss on the mouth right?!” asks Wil, eyes wide open. “Um, yeah I guess so” Gabbie reply’s, thinking about what Jared said to her last night, “Just pucker up and let it rip” They begin to walk cuz the other’s are getting too far from them to see. “Oh!” says Wil out of nowhere. “What?!” cry’s Gabbie and Henry thinking he got hurt. “That why you so off today. “Your gonna kiss Shannon!” Gabbie rolls her eyes and sighs. “Yes yes good job” Henry hits him on the head with his bottle of water. “Ouch! What was that for?!” “For scaring us and being stupid” he reply’s.
All to soon for Gabbie their going back to the hotel. And all to soon their back. And the minute Gabbie walks in the lobby, Jared walks up to her reading some papers. “Have fun?” he asks her. “Yeah, uh tons” “Good. Listen, you go and rest up a bit. I’ll send the dressing lady and all up to you around one ok?” “Um yeah cool” “Great see ya then” Then he walks off. Wil walks over to Gabbie side saying, “You can back out” “No I can’t. I said yes, and I have to keep my word” she reply’s sigh and walking away. “She gets to her room and flops on her bed. “ Nice going Gab” she says to herself. “Just then there’s a knock on her door. “That’s weird, not even a half hour yet” she says opening the door.
