Joe Trohman learned sharing is bad.

In a story that’s somewhat confusing, some of Joe Trohman‘s killer riffs were leaked. For the uninformed masses, Joe is Fall Out Boy’s lead guitarist.

It happened because some dudes in the hotel they were staying in were snooping through other guests’ iTunes. Those dudes were in a band you probably haven’t heard of, but they’re probably enjoying this “insider” info– BUT they say the riffs are excellllllent.

Joe sez: “At first … I freaked out, had a terrible pit in my stomach, so to speak. I have an extreme lack of confidence in myself, and am very private about my little things I recorded for self-satisfaction. With that being said, I’m also bad with computers. I had no clue my iTunes was on ‘Share Mode,’ ” he wrote. “But upon reading Liars’ blog, it was really cool hearing some positive feedback about something that I never planned on showing anyone. Definitely really flattering. I back that band, and AIH, so it’s cool to hear that stuff from bands I like. Either way, I went into my preferences and turned the sharing off. I’m shaking thinking about it right now.” (MTV)

ps. Sorry, I’m severly amatuer at macro-making. Feel free to re-edit this one! Haha.
