According to ONTD, Joel Madden is being “investigated” for striking a female paparazzi… er, photographer in the chest.
The photographer has “a welt to prove it” and is seeing a doctor for treatment. You know what I say? Boo-freakin-hoo. If you’re shoving your camera in someone’s face 24/7, you gotta expect some casualities here and there.
