The VMAs

Inaugurated in 1984, MTV's visionary Video Music Awards was launched to celebrate excellence in music video conceptualization and production. The event started as a sort of alternative Grammys, and has blossomed to one of the most awesome party scenes on the planet. The list of stellar star misbehavior at the VMAs is long and fabled. Usually, acceptance speeches are secondary to outlandish fashion and jaw-dropping attitude.
