Soaring through the clouds on wings of silver
Flies the mighty hawk.
Where did he come from,
Where will he go,
What is it that he is looking for?
Far above the earth he moves effortlessly
Wings outstretched to encompass the earth and
All that is upon it.
An exhilerating sight it is to see him
Flying so high in the sky.
As he disappears into the far distant sky
I wonder what lands he's seen on the wing for prey.
