‘Dark Knight Rises’ TV Spots Released
You’ve probably already seen the haunting, but oh-so-amazing The Dark Knight Rises trailer, which premiered in the previews for screenings of Marvel’s The Avengers. While the highly anticipated Batman flick isn’t out for another two months, that doesn’t stop even more promos from coming! The dark-toned film has had two 30-second TV spots just released to the web today.
TV spot number one focuses mainly on the return of the dashing Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale). After being on the run since the events of Harvey Dent’s death, Bruce needs to bring back Batman and turns to the gadget man, Lucius Fox (played by Morgan Freeman).
TV spot number two puts the spotlight on Selina Kyle (played by Anne Hathaway), who dons the infamous leather catsuit to portray none other than Catwoman. In the preview, Selina and Bruce are briefly seen dancing at a masquerade party, playing up the dynamic between two. Just watch and see what happens when Bruce’s “wife” takes his Lamborgini for a ride!
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th.
