Last night was the Nylon 13th anniversary party.. I thought the best dressed was Renee Olstead & Debby Ryan.. One outfit i wasn’t loving was Jacqueline Emerson’s.. The dress was just terrible.. ha ha Who do you think is best/worst dressed? xoxo
