10 Reasons Why We Love Carson Daly

I’ve been calling TV host, Carson Daly, the host with the most ever since he graced our TV screens in 1998 on MTV‘s Total Request Live. Since then, Carson has gone on to host his own NBC late-night show, Last Call with Carson Daly – showcasing up-and-coming musicians, actors and more – while becoming the host of The Voice, a correspondent on The Today Show and a radio personality for AMP Radio. Needless to say, the man works hard so in honor of his birthday today, we decided to share ten reasons why we love Carson…countdown style!

10. He’s a lovely reminder of better days

If you were a 90’s kid, rushing home from school to catch TRL was a must! Carson is a reminder of those simple days when our biggest problem was which boy band would get the number one spot that day.

9. Those eyes!

Those blue eyes are mesmerizing and once you see them in person, let’s just say you’ll never forget them!

8. He’s still the coolest host on television

Sure, Seacrest may be a millionaire but Carson is where it’s at! We’re looking forward to more years of him on TV.

7. He tells it like it is

From those sassy Twitter responses to his awkward one-liners on TV, Carson tells it like it is while adding in a splash of humor. Love it!

6. He’s a real family man

From the sweet encounters with his lovely wife, Siri, to his tales of outings with his three children, there’s nothing more attractive than an honest family man.

5. He’s a big dork

Enough said! Hahah!

4. He’s an ambitious go-getter

The man has about 4 jobs! How does he sleep?!

3. He’s super kind

Any encounter with Carson, in my experience, has always been lovely. He’s so kind and humble, how can you not love him?

2. He’s big on integrity

Carson is big on integrity and he’s often stated that he’d never sacrifice that for a job that wasn’t fulfilling.

1. He’s a major music nerd

One of the main reasons why we love Carson is that he’s just like us – a major music nerd! One thing I tend to remember about him is that he wants his career to always be close to the music. Couldn’t have said it better myself.
