Kylie Jenner Admits She Hates Wearing Make Up

For a girl who has seemingly built a business empire around beauty, to say she hates wearing make-up, is a little unbelievable, but that’s exactly how 18-year-old Kylie Jenner feels. The teen titan, who has surprised everyone by becoming the most popular member of her famous family, recently opened up to Interview magazine about her image and what it takes to keep up with life in the spotlight.

While we all know Kylie from her insanely popular beauty app and impeccable make-up skills, she is totally over caking make-up on her face, and if it wasn’t expected, she’d ditch the routine of always looking on-point.

“I would probably just never dress up,” she told Interview. “I would never wear makeup, because I honestly hate wearing makeup. Lately, I’ve just been so over it. I feel like I’m way too young to wear such heavy makeup all the time. It’s just bad for your skin, but I’m always doing photo shoots or red carpets and events, so I just obviously want to look good.”

In fact, Kylie says her life is far from we see on her Instagram and Snapchat accounts. “There is absolutely a side of me that people don’t know,” she says. “I’m not myself on Snapchat or Instagram. That’s totally not me. I’m way flashier on Instagram and Snapchat, because I feel like that’s what people want to see and that’s what I’ve always done, so I’m not going to stop. People want to see my cars and my purses. People love fashion. But that’s so not me.”

Which now begs the question, Will Kylie ever feel comfortable showing her true self to her fans? According to her, she’s continuously figuring out who she is and says she already has a plan to step away from the bright lights of Hollywood in the future.

“When I’m, like, 30, I want to go off the map, have a family, and live in Malibu with a farm, and just raise my own chickens.”

Fortunately for all of us, 30 is a long way off for Kylie, and with her ever evolving personality and style, who knows what’ll be next! You can read Kylie’s entire interview over at Interview.com now.
