Fitness and health are two very important factors that go into living a happy lifestyle. I have to be on top of my fitness game daily to keep up with my competition in the fencing world but I also choose to lead a healthy life for many other reasons!
Here are my top 4 fitness tips:
1. Boxing- I box 3-4x a week with my amazing trainer Anthony Brye at Exceed Fitness
2. I train 5x a week at the Fencers Club in NYC
3. I drink green tea because it does everything from fighting cancer to fighting heart disease. Not to mention it tastes amazing.
4. I have been doing juice cleanses because they get rid of al the bad toxins in your body, and helps your body start off fresh which is very needed.
