HOT or NOT? Keshas Debuts New Hair Color and Tattoo at LAX

Proving once again that blue is the hair color of the summer, Kesha hopped off the plane at LAX with some amazing baby blue hair and she has never looked better. She was also showing off some new eyeball ink on her hand, smiling and waving to the paps.
She was channeling her inner hippie rocking a floral mini dress, headscarf and some cute round sunnies. Now let’s get back to the hair: Kesha is killing the pastel hair trend and I can’t even get over how perfect this blue is on her.
