As If: Jessi Jae Joplin and The Fabulous Stains collab with Local Heroes
I recently teamed up with one of my most fav brands ever, Local Heroes, for a super dope collaboration! Local Heroes is Polish brand (run by mega babes Areta and Karolina) and is dedicated to creating awesome slogan tees, hoodies, beanies and more! Their design philosophy is not entirely trend driven but filled with loads of incredibly fun designs. I am a huge admirer of this innovative, youthful street wear brand (worn by celebs like Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Rita Ora, Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez), so I was super excited to shoot this editorial.
For this particular shoot we channeled that one scene in my favorite movie Clueless when the gals are in PE class and Amber can’t do any activity where balls fly at her nose (there goes her social life)! The photos were shot and edited by Skye Bennike…and they turned out fabulously!
