Icona Pop’s New Track “My Party” Is A Good Time!
Icona Pop‘s first single “I Love It” was a hit! The tune was super catchy, upbeat, and often covered to perfection. (Dia Frampton’s folky version was a true delight!) The dynamic duo is back with another tune featuring Zebra Katz called “My Party.” The track is a tad slower, but the hook taken from an old Motown tune is familiar and catchy. Much like “I Love It” the track has plenty of electronic, industrial elements and effects. This song reminds me a little bit of M.I.A.
Overall, I dig it! Icona Pop’s debut album “This Is… Icona Pop” will be out on September 24th.
