Welcome Courtney Swan To The Buzznet Family
Hi! Courtney Swan here! I am beyond humbled and excited that Buzznet has asked me to join the Buzzmaker family. For those of you who do not know anything about me, I grew up in San Antonio, TX and graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder before beginning my career as a Tour Manager. I spent 4 years on the road managing 3OH!3 and The Summer Set before deciding to quit the touring world and pursue my true passion: health.
I went back to school and am currently studying to become a registered dietitian. I believe that we can eradicate modern disease and illness by what we eat! I do not focus on any one diet, I believe we just need to get back to our roots as humans and eat real food. Everything now days comes in a package! The human body wasn’t designed to eat these food like products and unfortunately we are now seeing the repercussions of this in the form of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
That being said, I am here to show you how to make eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle not only easier but also delicious! Besides being a lover of all things health, I am a huge Harry Potter nerd, love spending way too much time taking and editing photos for my Instagram, juicing and hanging out with my French Bulldog, Bellatrix!
Expect lots of recipes and healthy eating tips from me! (And probably a few pictures of Bellatrix cause I love her and she’s pretty dang cute!)
