New Andrew McMahon
Andrew McMahon just put out an Ep at the end of April. It is a four song EP entitled The Pop Underground and pretty much is on repeat on my itunes. Growing up through high school Something Corporate was a big band for me, girls used to swoon when you could play I woke up in a car, straw dog, or drunk girl on the piano. As i got older it moved into Jack’s Mannequin which was also another big record for me, while i wasnt dealing with cancer the songs seemed to fit my life and problems. This new solo EP from McMahon does not dissapoint and it is great to see how an artist evolves into their current state. Do yourself a favor and go pick it up.
