This Just In: @ Replies Come To Buzznet

Howdy Everyone!

First, I want to say that you all are amazing and you have been BUH-RING-ING-IT with all the awesome posts. You all make me feel like this inside:

I also must apologize for the site being a little wonky as of late but we are working on that. Whenever things go wrong, let me know so I can get help and stuff. That is why I am here. I am here to help. Oh and to give you hugs:

So anyway, sometimes we do things here on Buzznet to give you better ways of sharing things with your friends here. If you see a really cool post that you like, you can now use an “@” reply in the comments to someone that you think will enjoy said post.

This is what happens when you use the @ symbol in comments:

As soon as use the @ symbol, you should get a drop down of your friends that you follow on Buzznet. If you don’t, just keep typing away and it should work. It’s like magic. Your friend will get a notification in this little area:
Replies & Mentions are right there for you. Yay!

Once you click into the Replies & Mentions area, you’ll see this:

You can then check out the post someone was trying to call your attention to

You can also @ reply your friends in posts. You do that in the same way as you would in comments:

Typing in an @ will bring up your friends in the posts you write if you want to shout them out. Neat!
