60 oz of purified water (get the container at the dollar store!)2 tablespoon’s lemon juice (or from a fresh lemon!)1 tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice1 dandelion root tea bag
I learned that cranberry juice will never truly be sugar free, being that cranberries contain natural sugars. Needless to say, I felt so dumb, but the recipe does call for SUGAR FREE. I got the lowest in sugar I could find – organic, pure cranberry juice.
It definitely made a difference and forced me to stay hydrated because normally I am pretty bad at drinking water. I made a jug a day and used it as a goal to get through before bed time.
