This Providence Post ‘Brier’ Short Film
This Providence came back into the forefront of the music scene this year when they released the 4-track EP Brier. The band was dropped from Fueled By Ramen early in 2012 and decided to take the reigns and release an EP sans any label. Yesterday This Providence release this short film documenting their recent journey and the explanation of where their music has taken them.
The documentary features all the members ofThis Providencesharing heartfelt confessionals regarding their uncertain future and passion to move forward.Daniel Youngeven goes as far to reveal, “It’s hard to say ‘no’ to something that you are so invested in.” This short gives great insight to music industry; especially if you are amusic nerd like myself.
