Lindsay Lohan Could Face 245 Days Behind Bars!
If the reviews for her whack-ting in Liz & Dick weren’t bad enough,Lindsay Lohan has more woes to worry about! The troubled starlet is officially facing some serious jail time, now that her probation has been revoked. Commissioner Jane Godfrey has set a hearing to see if Lindsay should be jailed for a whopping 8 months. The sometime-actress was arraigned this morning on charges for reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing an officer when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway in June.
She is on probation after pleading no contest to charges for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace in 2011. A hearing has been set for Jan. 15th to decide if Lindsay will be facing jail time for violating probation – she could face 245 days in jail!
