Lady Gaga Causes An Uproar While Wearing Fur (VIDEO)
Lady Gaga is no stranger to controversy: throughout her career, the 26-year-old often-shocking entertainer has always seemed to push buttons, especially in the fashion realm – remember the meat dress? Gaga is currently getting flack from both fans and celebs alike for recently stepping out wearing what looks to be a fur coat while ironically carrying a puppy! A number of celebrities have run around town wearing fur – so what’s with the uproar? Apparently she was previously quoted telling Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show that she would not wear fur, saying: “I hate fur and I don’t wear fur.”

The move caused much negative feedback, from PETA‘s senior VP Dan Matthews (who wrote Gaga a letter) to her fans on Twitter who tweeted to her about their dismay.
Gaga tweeted: “For those press and such who are writing about whether or not my fur is actually real, please don’t forget to credit the designer HERMES. Thank You! LOVE, gaga.’
