Me, Myself & Time

I’ve had the worst case of insomnia lately. The ONLY TIME I don’t have trouble sleeping is when I’m with my boyfriend, or a friend. If I’m alone, FORGET IT. I CANNOT SLEEP. It’s okay though for the most part, I get the most work done at these crazy hours. It just sucks because I usually end up running on like, 4/5 hours sleep every day –OR I end up taking 3 hour naps in the middle of the day. I’ve always been a night owl. I would have a random night every now and then where I couldn’t sleep, but I’ve had insomnia basically every night for almost a full month now! ( Unless I’m sleeping with my boyfriend.) I blame it on my anxiety and my stress. It’s weird because I know sleep is KEY when it comes to good health and relieving stress, BUT stress makes it hard to sleep. Insanity. Maybe once I have my own place again I’ll be able to go back to a normal sleep schedule. Until then, maybe I need to try some sleepy tea??
