Robert Pattinson To Star In ‘Hunger Games’ Sequel?
It’s no secret that the highly anticipated book-turned-movie The Hunger Games did quite well at the box office (to say the least!) and that the series has quite the following with many fans – including celebs! Now that the first movie is over and done with, all eyes are on the sequel, set to release in theaters November 2013. With a new director on board, the next step is casting the rest of the tributes in the next round of the Hunger Games. One major name that’s been tossed around for the upcoming flick? None other than Edward Cullen himself, Robert Pattinson!
Total Film reports that word on the street that Lionsgate wants RPatz to take on the role of former tribute Finnick Odair in the Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire. But would Rob really do it? While it’s doubtful, there’s also the fact that his Water For Elephants director Frances Lawrence was just named the new director for the flick – hey, it could happen!
