Demi Lovato Posts Letter And Dedicates ‘Give Your Heart A Break’ To Her Fans
Demi Lovato makes it very known that her fans are her everything, often addressing them in specially-made videos. The 19-year-old inspirational entertainer is at it again, this time in the form of a prelude to the yet-to-be-released official music video for her single “Give Your Heart a Break.” In the new fan-addressed video, which features imagery of the sky, the sun and the ocean, Demi doesn’t appear in the video herself but instead gives a heartfelt explanation on what the song means and graciously thanks her fans for inspiring her.
She explains: “It seems like in that brief time that I’ve been alive that I’ve lived through more emotions than some people twice my age,” she says, adding, “I think that’s why I sing about love so often … I’ve sung about loving someone so much that it takes your breath away … ‘Give Your Heart a Break’ isn’t a song about having a broken heart … This is a song about faith.”
