As I sit here and wonder about what the Ninth Circuit Federal Courthouse is going to release in regards to the constitutionality of same sex couples marrying in California, I can’t help but feel cynical. It’s been an uphill battle ever since California decided to deny a minority a set of rights due to popular opinion. Thank goodness that we do have some allies on our side and over time, hopefully more attitudes change.
