Justin Bieber Springs A Valentine’s Day Surprise… And It’s Not For Selena Gomez!
As one of today’s most powerful teen sensations, Justin Bieber could do just about anything! Remember that extravagant date night he conducted for Selena Gomez? Judging from that gesture, the Biebs is all about spreading the love. Putting to good use his power and love, the 17-year-old pop star gave one special girl the Valentine’s Day of her life – and it wasn’t his gal-pal Selena!
The Biebs flew out Avalanna Routh, a 6-year-old girl stricken with cancer, as well as her family to NYC so she could be his Valentine.
On their date, Avalanna played board games with her idol, kissed him on the cheek and the two even messed with each other’s hair!
After hanging out with Avalanna, Justin tweeted: “That was one of the best things I have ever done. She was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #Mrs. Bieber.”
Avalanna was diagnosed with ATRT, an extremely rare form of brain cancer that affects fewer than 30 people per year. According to Avalanna’s mother, Aileen Routh, the 6-year-old has been fighting the disease for five and a half years.
