Acai Coconut Smoothie Recipe

A lot of you have been asking me to post my recipes on my blog! This is one of my current favorite smoothie ones I have been making every morning. Antioxidant, omega fattty acids, amino acids, polyphenols and daily fiber intake.

What you will need

– blender

– organic shredded coconut

– organic acai powder

– organic frozen blueberries

– flax seed oil

– chia seeds

– almond or rice milk

– vanilla bean extract

– agave

Add them all into blender and stir until desired thickness! I don’t measure I just add to taste. Yummy and incredibly healthy.
