10 Most Addictive Music Videos of 2011

The year is almost over! Here are the 10 music videos from 2011 that I couldn’t/can’t get enough of.

10.) Wallpaper – StupidfaceddRidiculous fake-swag at a weird ass party that you can’t stop watching. Things are on fire. This dude is adorbz.

9.) Nicki Minaj – Moment 4 LifeIt was a long and difficult decision to make between Superbass and Moment 4 Life for this list, but ultimately Moment 4 Life won out because, well, nobody does British fairy godmother like Nicki. Also, this set makes my brain scream (in a good way).

8.) Lykke Li – Sadness is a BlessingUm, I’ll have what she’s having. I find this defiant staring, followed by drunken dancing in the midst of a frozen, upper-class, uber-Swedish dinner, completely mesmerizing (and yes, addictive).

7.) Best Coast – Our DealIf the actors alone aren’t enough to entice you to watch this video directed by Drew Barrymore (Chloe Moretz, Tyler Posey, Miranda Cosgrove, Alia Shawkat, and Donald Glover), there’s the whole stylish teen gang tragic love story thing.

6.) Robyn – Call Your Girlfriend I am always amazed when a video can consist of a single person dancing (on their own, get it? Robyn fans? No?) and it’s enough to keep you engaged the whole way. Robyn does this for me here.

5.) M83 – Midnight CityIf you’re into beautiful cinematography and creepy kids with superpowers…

4.) Rihanna – We Found LoveI really can’t get enough of this. The palpable chemistry between Rihanna and her love interest, and the passionate, destructive relationship they share, make this a beautiful, heart-wrenching music video. I cried, shut up, whatever.

3.) Tyler the Creator – YonkersWe all already know that this video is weird and hypnotic and badass. Moving on.

2.) Azealia Banks – 212This girl is one bad bitch. Also filthy, vulgar, incredibly cute, and lots of fun. And like… she’s just standing there!

1.) Lana Del Rey – Born to DieI didn’t want to like this as much as I do, but there was nothing to be done. Another tragic love story, it’s gorgeous, entrancing, moody, creepy, and a slew of other adjectives, yadda yadda. Plus there are tigers! And she dies, so like her or not, everybody wins!

What do you guys think?? Did I miss any videos you really loved?
