Lindsay Lohan Serves Under 5 Hours of Her 30 Day Sentence

Actress Lindsay Lohan has overcrowding to thank, again, for having to serve only just under 5 hours of her 30 day jail sentence this morning. E! Online is reporting that Lindsay check in to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynnwood, CA a just before 9 p.m last night and was released around 1:00am.

She does have to keep herself in line however according to the judge’s ruling of community service, probation, and therapy sessions.

Think she got off easy?

Back in 2007, Lindsay was sentenced to only one day for misdemeanor cocaine use and DUI, and served just 84 minutes!

That judge must have totally hated Regina George too.

Let’s take a look at some other celebs who caught a huge break on their jail sentences:

Lindsay’s on again-off again pal Paris Hilton served just 5 days of her 45-day sentence for violating probation of a previous DUI. Even after public outrage for her to be “made an example of”, she served a grand total of 23 days.

In 2005, actress Michelle Rodriguez was booked on DUI charges and sentenced to 60 days in jail, of which she served less than one day!Even after later violating her probation, she served 18 days of a 180 day sentence.

Last but not least we have Nicole Richie‘s 2007 stint of 82 minutes served on a four day DUI sentence.
