Going to see Blink-182 for the first time ever tonight! I honestly never thought I would get the opportunity to see them live (it’s been 8 years since they put out a record). Last night on my drive out of LA I finally had the chance to listen to ‘Neighborhoods’ through my car speakers — and it was great.
This song Snake Charmer really stood out to me. I would not say its my favorite song on the album, just think it is unique compared to the rest of the record. The chorus is incredibly simply and the harmonizes are rad — I do love hearing those power chords. Anyway I am wicked excited for the show tonight and also excited to see MCR (saw them at URI in 2005) and Matt & Kim for the first time.
So enjoy the song and hope you get a chance to see a band live that you thought you might have to miss out on.
