Introducing Australian Import: Indie Rocker, Washington
Everyone in Australia is already hip to the phenom that is Washington and we are here to fill you in. She’s got a cool look (think Karen O. meets Yelle) and has a new take on indie rock that will have you toe-tapping your way to iTunes. Washington will be featured in Nylon Magazine’s October issue, and is currently touring with synthpop legends OMD (remember “If You Leave” from Pretty in Pink?)
Her new album “I Believe You Liar” will be available in the US on October 11th, including the two new tracks “Holy Moses” and “Plastic Bag”
