Hayley Williams Says Paramore is ‘Not That Different’ Post Farro Brothers

Paramore’s Hayley Williams has opened up on pop/rock band’s future and what fans can look forward to with Paramore’s new album. Williams already revealed about a month ago that Paramore plan to release a new album in the end of 2012, and according to an interview with Rockzone, they already have four diverse songs recorded. Yay!

The iconic front woman told the Spanish rock site,

We have written four new songs and they are quite diverse. There are some heavier songs, but there’s also one that we plan to play live soon that is called ‘In The Morning Mess’.

Williams also commented that the new single, ‘Monster’ is not the only trick they have up their sleeves, that things post the Farro brothers is “not that different”, and that for now the line-up will remain Williams, Jeremy Davis, and Taylor York.

I can’t really say that ‘Monster’ is an indication of what to expect on the next Paramore album. We, as a band, will always try to evolve and try new things. It will be different for sure, but it will still keep Paramore’s essence.

We are not in the process of looking out for new members right now. The band is Jeremy, Taylor and I. We don’t spend too much time thinking about how Paramore will be in the future. It’s hard when you go through a period of changing members so what we want to do right now is play great songs.

Sounds like they are focused on recording new music and are moving past the drama of the band’s recent line-up change. You can catch Paramore this summer on the Vans Warped Tour and enjoy this recently released brand new video for their single, ‘Monster’.

What do you think of Paramore’s released music so far? Do you think things are different without Josh and Zack?
