Summer is many things. Summer is carefree, fun, and laid-back. But mainly, summer is hot. And when it is 98 degrees outside the last thing you want to do is put on clothes. However, as it is currently socially unacceptable to walk around in public in the buff (damn the oppressive man), the closest you can get to that “not wearing anything” feeling is wearing a swishy, loose maxi dress. Ok that’s not true, the closest you can get to not wearing anything is wearing booty shorts and a tube top, but that’s gross and tacky and potentially harmful to your friend count.
