Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szohr To ‘Gossip’ No More
It has been confirmed that Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szohr will NOT be returning to Gossip Girl as series regulars next season, according to TV Guide.
The news doesn’t really come as TOO much of a surprise, considering that Taylor was only in four episodes this season. Likewise, Jessica’s character Vanessa doesn’t have much to do after all the drama she caused last year, so Vanessa is leaving town to study abroad.
While the two actresses are leaving, recurring guest star Kaylee DeFer, who plays Serena’s cousin, has been promoted to series regular when the fifth season starts up this fall.
Though Taylor and Jessica aren’t coming back as regulars next season, they have been invited to guest star in future episodes.
