Adele’s Ex Wants Money For Breaking Her Heart

As if breaking her heart wasn’t enough, Adele‘s ex-boyfriend now wants to get paid for doing so! Clearly he is a winner.

The “Rolling in the Deep” singer tells UK paper The Sun that her ex-BF is claiming that he inspired her debut album 19 and feels he deserves credit – in the form of royalties.

“For about a week he was calling and was deadly serious about it,” Adele told The Sun. “Finally, I said, ‘Well, you made my life hell, so I lived it and now I deserve it.'”

Since her latest album, this year’s 21, has been quite the number one success, her 2008 Grammy-winning debut has shot back onto the charts, prompting said ex (who Adele, ever the classy lady, refuses to name) to come out of the woodwork.

“He really thought he’d had some input into the creative process by being a p–ck. I’ll give him this credit – he made me an adult and put me on the road that I’m traveling.”

Hope that’s all she’ll give him – credit. He doesn’t deserve a penny.
