For me, I am talking to myself because no one ever really talks to me. PITY PARTY! So for me, I will like to tell my face, “Why can’t you just smile more and be rad all the time?”
It’s hard. Maybe I should’ve taken the happy pills my doctor gave me but I’m not really into that. Hooray for depression.
