Elijah Wood’s new TV comedy “Wilfred” looks genius!
Elijah Wood is starring in a U.S. remake of the Australian comedy “Wilfred” on FX. The show is about a guy and a dog — or rather, a guy and another guy. Wood play’s Ryan, a shy guy who soon meets Wilfred (Jason Gann – who created and starred in the Australian series). The world sees Wilfred as a dog; Ryan sees Wilfred as a man dressed in a dog suit. David Zuckerman, who wrote the adapted pilot script and serves as executive producer, has also written for “Family Guy,” “American Dad” and “King of the Hill”….so we know there will be plenty of LOL’s. I can’t wait to see this!
