IS THERE NO MERCY IN THE WORLD?
I could rant for hours about how awful Crocs are. They are the absolute worst shoe in the history of shoes. Even worse than Sketchers Shape Ups. Because at least Sketchers knows that it is not a stylish enterprise.
Crocs is deviating from their trademark “ugly-clog-with-holes-in-it” by introducing a new line, “YOU by Crocs.” (Oooh, it reminds me of “Relaxing Moments by Glade” and “Bistro Delights by Stouffer’s.) The line makes a courageous attempt at incorporating style into its apparently comfortable shoes. I never thought I would use this expression, but it is an EPIC. FAIL.
This was my initial reaction upon seeing a pair of “YOU by Crocs”:

The awful thoughts floating through my head about the creator of Crocs make me feel like a bad, bad person.
But NONONONONO. CROCS. no. NO. No.
