Hemlines hitting at the knee or below, platform sandals with no heel, and muted colors. Conservative chic hits you like a brick with your first glance at Chanel’s Spring 2011 RTW collection. Keep looking, Ladies. Karl Lagerfeld deviates from navy blue and white dresses and puts forth sheer lace frocks with feather sleeves and collars. Suddenly, the look goes from “sophisticated businesswoman” to “pale feathered vampire.” Woah there.
