Captain Jack Sparrow Leads Kids in Hygienic Mutiny
Have you ever been sitting in a boring class and imagined, I dunno, Johnny Depp just suddenly walking in, in character as Jack Sparrow, and taking over your class?
Well, yeah, we’ve all had that fantasy. But a group of London school children actually LIVED it. After a 9-year-old girl wrote a letter to Depp, asking him to lead her class in a mutiny against their teacher, Depp (who’s currently filming the 4th Pirates of the Carribean movie) OBLIGED.
The letter in question read:
‘Captain Jack Sparrow,
At Meridian Primary School, we are a bunch of budding young pirates and we were having a bit of trouble mutiny-ing against the teachers, and we’d love if you could come and help.
‘Beatrice Delap, aged nine, a budding pirate.’

Seriously, Johnny Depp, how so awesome?
Also, seriously love to any young girl who describes herself as “a budding pirate.” That’s a call for a HUZZAH if I ever saw one!
