Last night K-Swiss threw my friend Scout a dinner party at the main lofts in Venice. She recently played Lita Ford in the Runaways which has instantly become one of my favorite movies along the ranks of Velvet Goldmine. It was foggy and starting to rain when we arrived and sequins were falling off my jacket. Somehow I managed to tie the thread and stop the gold shiny bleeding. Cocktails and music was the staple of the night before we were seated for dinner. It was a delicous three course meal of mashed potatoes, steamed lemon veggies and arugula walnut salad followed by chocolate fudge and mango sorbet for dessert. I arrived home only to throw on some gold heels and hit up a midnight taco stand followed by a marathon of the Nanny. How do you not love Fran Drescher?
