Vanity Fair 2010 International Best Dressed List: Lady Gaga, Carey Mulligan and More

Vanity Fair announced its annual International Best Dressed List and not surprisingly it’s mostly chock full of socialites, royalty, and well, white people (there are all of two black people, Michelle Obama and Pharrell Williams, on the list). Here’s a rundown of some of the people who made the cut. Personally I can’t believe they left out Chloe Sevigny and Daphne Guinness, but that’s just me.
