Can the ‘Twilight Saga’ Books Stop a Bullet?
Oh, Edward Cullen. As the Twilight Saga HERO I know your love will protect me like a loving love burrito of love stuffed with love and some love fried love wrapped in a love tortilla and coated in a tasty love sauce. And maybe your love can stop a bullet.
But the important question here is: can the Twilight Saga BOOKS stop a bullet?
I am heavily torn on this video. On one hand, I find it hilarious.
On the other hand, I’m kind of against the destruction of books, even if they are absolutely terrible on all levels and romanticize abusive relationships. I don’t like book banning, burning or anything like that, and I’d be a hypocrite if I said “Well, I don’t think it’s right to destroy books unless they’re ones I don’t like.” And I’m also not wild about the idea of civilians with AK-47’s, even if they’re just being used to fire at books. So, it hits my censorship and my gun control buttons pretty hard.
But dammit, I still find it really, really funny.
