Buzznet Updates – You Voted, We Listened!

A while back PanasonicYouth posted a poll to see what you wanted added to Buzznet. You voted and we listened!
The New Navigation Bar
The Top Navigation Bar is getting a bit of a make over. Many of you wanted the ability to see what your friends were up to, no matter where you were on the site, at any given time. We’ve put all your notifications in one place at the top of the page. All you have to do is hover over the notifications icon to access all the great features. From here, you will be able to see your latest messages, comments on your posts, and who is following you. You will also be able to access your notification setting from this as well.
To the right of your notifications is your Follow Feed updates. Hover over this to reveal the latest posts from the people you follow. It’s basically a version of the homepage Follow Feed, except it only displays posts.
You’ll also see that you can access all of your post types at the top of the page. Sharing your latest photos, blogs, and videos has never been easier. If you haven’t noticed that handsome new Buzznet logo yet, go ahead bask in its glory. Underneath it you will see all the great places you’ve come to love on Buzznet for the latest info on music, photos, fashion, groups, and contests. Contests are back and better than ever, so go check out all the awesome things happening on Buzznet. Enter to win some of the coolest stuff out there!
Bulk Management
To bulk manage your posts, all you have to do is click “Manage Posts” button on your profile or select it from the drop-down menu. From there, you will be taken to a page with all of the fun things that you share with us on Buzznet. You can now add tags, change privacy settings, add to groups, or delete in bulk. If you want to move photos to another gallery, select “Filter By Type” in the drop-down menu and select photos. You will then be taken to a page that has the “+ Gallery” option to which you can move your desired photos.
Webcam
We now are supporting webcam videos again so all you video-bloggers can get back to making your magic. Simply go to the “Post Video” option on the top right corner of the page and click the “Webcam” link.
We will also be adding forums back to group and tag pages. You will soon be able to add posts to groups and you will be able to see which of your friends are online. Stay tuned for more updates! Now go get posting!
